InsightSpace supports common office, text, data, email, and image formats.

Legacy Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files are normalized to modern Office formats during extraction.
Page references
Section titled “Page references”PDFs normally retain page references. Word documents can retain saved pagination markers such as rendered page breaks. When a multi-page Word file has no saved pagination markers, extracted chunks may not include page references.
Extraction behavior
