Account and security

Your profile contains account details, authentication options, provider access, usage information, and active sessions available to your account.

Open your profile from the account menu to update your display information and profile picture. Depending on deployment policy, you may also be able to change your email address and password.

Passkeys provide a passwordless sign-in method tied to a trusted device or password manager. When enabled for the deployment, you can register and remove passkeys from your profile and use them from the sign-in screen.

Keep at least one working sign-in method before removing an existing passkey.

The sessions section lists devices or browsers signed in to your account. Revoke a session you no longer recognize or use.

If you suspect unauthorized access:

  1. Revoke unfamiliar sessions.
  2. Change your password if password sign-in is enabled.
  3. Review registered passkeys.
  4. Contact your InsightSpace administrator.

Your profile or organization settings may offer provider connections. Available providers and models depend on deployment policy, account tier, organization settings, and configured credentials.

Before choosing a model, understand where it is hosted and whether an external provider will process your question and retrieved context. Follow your organization’s data-handling policy for confidential material.

Platform, organization, and workspace roles control which actions are available. A user must have access to a workspace before viewing its documents, conducting research, or opening citations.

Platform administrators can have additional user-management, audit, telemetry, and license controls that regular users do not see.
