InsightSpace indexes the formats below. Files of other types are skipped when you upload them. To upload and index files, see Documents and indexing.

Legacy Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files are normalized during extraction. Format support does not guarantee that every layout detail is recovered. Check important tables, formulas, and scanned pages.
Page references
Section titled “Page references”PDFs normally retain page references. Word documents can retain saved pagination markers such as rendered page breaks. Without those markers, extracted chunks may not include page numbers.
